To upgrade laboratory, educational and campus facilities, The Rockefeller University commissioned architect Rafael Vinoly to develop a space and master plan.

Vinoly’s plan allows for an expansive addition of two acres and thousands of square feet of new laboratory and research space and a complete renovation of the East River Esplanade. The project is ongoing by Turner Construction with sitework by Intricate Construction.
