Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is one of the largest contiguous outlet center locations in the world.  Owned by Premium Outlets, a subsidiary of Simon Property Group, the center encompasses over 800,000 square feet with 420 designer outlet stores and services.

Located one hour north of New York City, Woodbury Common is considered a charming showcase for the outlet center industry and a major tourist attraction.

Description of ICI work:    The scale and complexity of this project can be seen in the dozens of custom designs installed throughout the center with artful cobblestone curbing, sidewalks, common areas and plazas…all enhanced by unique finishes, surfaces and colors in concrete and other custom materials.   Design coordinated bollards are installed throughout the complex.
