Project Description

ROCKEFELLER PLAZA

Rockefeller Center is a National Historic Landmark in the heart of Midtown Manhattan between 5th and 6th Avenues. Spanning 22 acres, from 48th to 51st Streets, the center is home to 19 commercial buildings.  Tishman Speyer spearheaded the renovation of the outdoor areas to create an urban mall feel using over $10 million of bluestone paving. The end result was a classically-styled renovation with contemporary construction details and materials.
