1271 Avenue of the Americas
Originally the Time-Life building, designed by architect Wallace Harrison of Harrison, Abramovitz, and Harris in the late 1950s, it is probably one of the most recognized business addresses in New York.
The 48-story office building in Rockefeller Center has been receiving extensive renovation. The upgrade includes façade replacement, lobby restoration, plaza improvement, elevator modernization, and MEP system upgrades throughout the building.
